Jumpstart With Solaris 10 Update 10 Failed After First Reboot when using SUNWCreq cluster (Doc ID 1528552.1)

Symptoms

System is jumpstarted with SUNWCreq package cluster.

After install the first boot fails with:

Boot device: diskboot  File and args:
SunOS Release 5.10 Version Generic_147440-01 64-bit
Copyright (c) 1983, 2011, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
mpt: cannot load driver
Cannot load drivers for /pci@0/pci@0/pci@2/scsi@0/disk@0,0:a
Can't load the root filesystem
Type  'go' to resume

Even after forcing the install of SUNWCpd cluster it still fails with:
Boot device: diskboot File and args:
ERROR: /packages/ufs-file-system: Last Trap: Division by Zero
