Problem Summary
OpenSSL fails to make keys with a 25-year lifetime

Problem Description
When a key with a 25 year lifetime is generated by OpenSSL, an invalid key is generated due to the 2038 time_t rollover issue.

Customer needs to have an OpenSSL

To reproduce just make a key with a 25 year lifetime with the current OpenSSL on Solaris 10.
