ILOM ssh Hang After About 2 Weeks Of OpsCenter Connectivity

I have a server...
I created a dedicated account on the ILOM called <USER>.
I created a credential for the ILOM on the X-series server
I did an 'add asset' and gave it the credential and the IP to the ILOM.
This all worked fine, and the asset appeared in the EC as expected.
Fast forward two weeks. The asset could no longer query the ILOM.
- I could not ssh to the ILOM port.
- I was able to log into the web interface to the ILOM, but when I select the 'ssh server' configuration, the web site timed out before anything was displayed.
