Solaris Volume Manager (SVM) Patch 145899-06 or later May Cause 'metad client create Rpcbind failure' in Solaris Cluster while doing a Diskset takeover (Doc ID 1531958.1)

Symptoms

Both nodes (NodeA / NodeB) are running in Solaris Cluster and the global filesystems are working fine.
NodeB is owning the diskset and is the primary for the various PXFS filesystems from the dglobal diskset.

If the NodeB panics or is rebooted, the diskset can't be imported on NodeA and the following errors are seen in the messages file:
