Symptoms
Error message in the TEDIAL application event log during Dismount:

The TEDIAL application has an algorithm to dismount a tape to a slot that is closest to the drive and not necessarily
put it back to its original home slot.
Note: TEDIAL uses the ACSLS logical library (SMC FibreChannel interface). Other applications that interface with the
SMC Fibre Channel may also experience this problem if the application dismounts a tape to a different cell that is not
its original home cell.
This problem started when ACSLS was upgraded to version 8.2
