Symptoms
The sftransport command generates errors when trying to use it.
shutdown, abort, start, info, printconfig all give "Can't read input from console"
root@iron [/var/opt/SUNWsftransport/transfer/priority]
/opt/SUNWsftransport/bin/sftransport --shutdown
Exception in thread "main" java.io.IOException: Can't read input from console.
