Oracle HSM (SAM-QFS): Excessive Orphaned Inodes Put Into lost+found By Samfsck

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Many files (inodes), which were removed by normal operation, are being seen as 'orphans', when running 'samfsck -F' and being placed into the lost+found directory. There are many files seen there with the same name but different inode numbers.
