Goal

The goal of this document is to describe how to configure the svc:/application/time-slider/plugin:zfs-send SMF service to backup of datasets created by the Time Slider.

The Time Slider documentation can be found at "Using Time Slider" but the documentation does not discuss about the zfs-send plugin.

This was tested on Oracle Solaris 11.1.6.1.0 and I do not guarantee it is working in a previous release of Solaris 11.
