Symptoms
Users installing Oracle VM VirtualBox on a OSX host will find that the VirtualBox installer does not offer an option to install VirtualBox.app in any location other than /Applications.
Alternatively, users may find that moving VirtualBox.app after a successful installation will negatively impact a previously-functioning install. In such scenarios, no Virtual Machines will appear to start or run.
