Osp Fails On S11 Machine if /bin/hostname Output on Proxy contains fully qualified name or "." characters: Unable To Create Installadm Service (Doc ID 1540684.1)

Symptoms

Ops Center OS provision fails on an s11 machine, error is "unable to create installadm service", note the following error in cacao logs:

SEVERE: thr#310:"JM-test03.zzz.net.857.1.6850.6836_10.10.10.9" Unable to create installadm service test03.zzz.net_oc_solaris_sparc. Output from command com.sun.hss.domain.OperationNotSupportedException: subprocess returned non-zero: /usr/sbin/installadm create-service -n test03.zzz.net_oc_solaris_sparc -a sparc -p solaris=http://10.10.10.10:8003/IPS/ -d /var/js/AI/sparc returned 2

Changes

 OSP attempt of a Solaris 11 system whenever /bin/hostname on the proxy host reveals a fully qualified hostname (or even "." charactor)
