Symptoms

 Intermitently new system time(tod offset) is not saved when system is power downed.

Changes

On a SPARC T3-x/SPARC T4-x, when we change the system time in Solaris ( date -u ) and is followed by a system shutdown, the new system time (tod offset) may not be reflected when the system is powered up.
