SMA Will Not Start - Fails And Disables

Unable to start the svc:/application/management/sma:default service after modifying the /etc/sma/snmp/snmpd.conf file to change the default agent port from 161 to 1161 because of a port conflict with another application.
Changed the /etc/sma/snmp/ snmp.conf to reflect port 1161 instead of default port 161. Port 161 is being used by the netcool application.
