Oracle Secure Global Desktop Session Shadowing does not Work as Expected with All Users

Oracle Secure Global Desktop (SGD) provides the ability to enable a SGD Administrator to share and interact with an active user's application, called "session shadowing."

For some users, however, the SGD Administrator may find that this feature does not work as expected. Attempts to initiate a shadowed session will fail. In this case, the Administrator will never receive the dialog "waiting for the user to accept or deny request" prompt, while users will never be prompted to accept the request. In some scenarios, the Administrator may see the message "error on page" in the lower left corner of their browser.
