samfsck -F -V data  | tee /var/tmp/`date '+%Y%m%d.%H%M%S'`
Device /dev/dsk/c10t000B080008004058d0s0 not found.


In this case, it was after a "Slammer Failed" event on Pillar Axiom. However, this error could also be seen after any other storage failure event, that could cause a hardware path and/or device to fail to be recognized by the system.
