Device /dev/dsk/c10txxxxxxxxxxxxxxx8d0s0 not found.
Device /dev/dsk/c10txxxxxxxxxxxxxxx8d0s0 not found.
Changes
In this case, it was after a "Slammer Failed" event on Pillar Axiom. However, this error could also be seen after any other storage failure event, that could cause a hardware path and/or device to fail to be recognized by the system.
