Package Unlocking in Solaris 11

Purpose
It is possible to relax the constraints on particular packages on a system.
The reason for doing this is to be able to update a particular package or set of packages.
This could be due to an immediate need to address just a specific issue, typically this could be a vulnerability fix.
Only certain packages can be unlocked and on the whole these are the packages which are standalone ones.
It is not possible to unlock any of the main Oracle Solaris packages.
