Purpose of this document is to describe the steps for updating firmware on a PDU (Power Distribution Unit) on engineered systems.

Scope

This information is provided for field support engineers that typically install new engineered systems hardware components such as a PDU (Power Distribution Unit). The PDU (Power Distribution Unit) may come with a lower version of the firmware from the factory than what is currently installed on the engineered system. There may also be some cases where a customer needs to update the firmware as well after a hardware component replacement.
