Guest Logical Domains (LDoms) 2.x Running Solaris 10 May Panic in ldc:vnet_dring_entry_copy() During Live Migration

Symptoms
Note: The issue described in this document is different to the one described in "Logical Domains (LDoms) Manager (ldm(1M)) 1.2 Patch 142840-03 (WITHDRAWN) May Cause the Control Domain to Panic When the ldmd Service is Re-enabled [Doc ID 1021708.1]"
Should the issue described in the document be encountered, the Guest Domain will panic with a panic similar to one of the following panic strings:
- panic string: bad unexpected error from hypervisor call at TL 1
- panic string: BAD TRAP: type=30 rp=2a100f7b520 addr=0 mmu_fsr=4
Analysing the resulting crash dump within the Solaris Crash Dump Analysis Tool (SCAT) will show the following data for each of the panic strings. Both show calls to ldc:vnet_dring_entry_copy+0x9c (highlighted below)
panic string: bad unexpected error from hypervisor call at TL 1
