Adding Exalytics Oracle BI Suite Target In EM12c Fails With Error "Presentation Server not found"

Symptoms
When using EM12c and attempting to discoverer an Oracle BI Server on an Exalytics host, an error is encountered:
"Presentation Server not found"
Steps that led to error:
Select Setup -> Add Target -> Add Targets Manually -> Add Non-Host Targets Using Guided Process (Also Adds Related Targets) --> Select Target Type Oracle BI Suite EE ->
Click Add Using Guided Discovery -> Fill in Suite Name, BI Home and Host -> Click Next -> then error:
"Presentation Server not found"
The Exalytics host is pingable from the OMS server and the entered BI Home is correct.
