Symptoms
When simulating a loss of media changer path to one node (i.e., by unplugging the FC cable), ACSLS would not failover to the other node in the cluster.
These messages appear in the system console:
sh: //diag/bin/probescsi.sh: not found
sh: //xport/home/ACSSS/acslsha/bin/smc_remote_test: not found
