Goal
To increase the number of CPUs in an Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center Managing the Configuration of a hardware virtualized machine (HVM), created in an Oracle VM Server for x86 system that is placed in a server pool.
The goal is, how to add another vCPU to an existing vServer?
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The steps listed in this Document are meant only for standalone Non Exalogic Virtual environments using Ops Center and they are **not** applicable to Exalogic Virtual Release. Currently vDC resource management (changing vCPU, memory etc.) after a vServer has been created is **not supported** in Exalogic Virtual Environments.
