Ikecert Error (Doc ID 1550155.1)

This system is a Solarsi 10 box,actively running IPSEC without issues and has been since last summer, but any attempt to use the ikecert command fails:
# ikecert certdb -l
/usr/sbin/ikecert: /usr/lib/inet/certdb: not found
# ikecert certlocal -lv
/usr/sbin/ikecert: /usr/lib/inet/certlocal: not found

# ls -l /usr/lib/inet/certdb
-r-xr-xr-x   1 root     bin        53016 Jul  6  2011 /usr/lib/inet/certdb
# ls -ls /usr/lib/inet/certlocal
 120 -r-xr-xr-x   1 root     bin        61296 Jul  6  2011 /usr/lib/inet/certlocal

# svcs -a | grep -i ipsec
disabled       Apr_16   svc:/network/ipsec/manual-key:default
online         Apr_16   svc:/network/ipsec/ipsecalgs:default
online         Apr_16   svc:/network/ipsec/policy:default
online         Apr_16   svc:/network/ipsec/ike:default
