Symptoms

ACSLS clients over fibre using Logical libraries are unable to export or import tapes to the CAP (Cartridge Access Port).

Customer reports following error on the Backup Client.

status=CHECK_CONDITION(2),key=HARDWARE_ERROR(4),asc/ascq=INTERNAL_TARGET_FAILURE(4400)

smce_trace log has following error - sql.LogicalVolumeImpl.update: update failed; database error=ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "home_location_idx
