Symptoms

Job does not allocate correctly because UNIT=AFF is not being honored.

A job is run that uses a UNIT=AFF reference for the output DD to the input DD.

Existing JCL uses UNIT=AFF for some jobs to use the same device for the input DD for the output DD.
