Symptoms

SLS6685I RTD VSM500F1 Mount of R50454 timed out

SLS6628E RTD XXXXXX on VTSS XXXXXX failed to mount MVC XXXXX  
SLS6642I MVC ê..... incorrectly mounted on drive                    
SLS6667I Request purged:MVC Clean MVC:ê.....  ê..... is not a valid MVC

MVC display and MVCRPT show the MVC with LOST status.

Changes

 Started using new range of MVCs which had previously been used as Encrypted media on MVS attached drives.
