Symptoms

Solaris Cluster 3.3 node goes down with panic string: CMM: Halting to prevent split brain with node 3.
HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage system array is the shared storage. The 'cldev clear' command was run on one node. The actual command did not cause a panic.
