Symptoms

When opening up SMC either from the global zone or non-global zone, click "System Configuration" then  "Users", enter the root password, it failed with:
"RMI_ERR: error unmarshalling return; nested exception is: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sun.admin.usermgr. SecurityService_Agent"

Once that is dismissed, another error opens which is:
"The authenticaled user does not have rights to use this tool. See your system or security administrator."

The same authentication error also occurred in older Solaris 9 version.

NOTE: The problem occurred in any selections (for e.g System Status)  under "This Computer" Navigation.
