X4270M2 running SW 1.3 (ILOM version build r61398) + Erie-INT (SGX-SAS6-INT-Z) with LSI firmware

When upgrading the ILOM/BIOS FW from SW 1.3 to the version contained under SW 1.6 or SW 1.7 the server becomes non-bootable.

The server is rebooting itself shortly after the LSI controller is initialized.

After attempted to apply FW 1.6, FW 1.6.1 and FW 1.7 to several SF X4270 M2. On each attempt, the ILOM reports that the BIOS and system firmware upgrade was successful. However, the servers kept rebooting indefinitely.

As a workaround, downgrade the ILOM/BIOS back to the previous version.
