Pillar Axiom: The Fibre Channel Port status of FC V2 Bricks may not be correctly reported (Doc ID 1560833.1)

Symptoms

In Pillar Axiom version 5.4, the Fibre Channel Ports are not reported for Fibre Channel V2 Bricks. 
The<FibreChannelPort> elements are missing for the RaidControllers beginning with Axiom version 5.4. 

Fibre Channel Bricks are affected.  SATA Bricks appear to have the required information.  It existed for both SATA and FC Bricks in Axiom version 5.3.
