Having an incorrect serial number in the ASR activation request process may cause an error when enabling ASR:
06/08/2018 01:25:50 PM MDT INFO Will attempt activation for <SERIAL> using MOS user <USER> (125238).
06/08/2018 01:26:54 PM MDT ERROR The asset serial number (<SERIAL>) was not found in your CSI(s). Please log into My Oracle Support at https://support.oracle.com and open a non-technical Service Request requesting that this asset be added to the corresponding CSI.
