LDOM Guest appears on both source and target cdoms after LDOM Live Migration Using Ops Center (Doc ID 1562994.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 12, 2023

Applies to:

Enterprise Manager Ops Center - Version 12.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer tried a live migration of a guest ldom (<HOSTNAME>) from control domain <HOSTNAME> to control domain <HOSTNAME>, unfortunately the guest now appears in the ldm list output for both CDOMs.

Any Delete Asset attempt of the ldom from the Ops Center BUI results in the following errors on the console...

Exception in getJobStatus (JobId - null, RunId - 0) - Invalid JobId : null. Refer EC cacao logs for more details.

On each of the two control domains here is the output of `ldm list -v`

We stopped and started the OC agent on the cdoms, the delete still fails.

Changes

This is not a common problem, but if it were to occur the doc may be useful.
