arcconf creates the 1MB smaller volume after replacing the disk.

Volumes are configured as simple volume on Adaptec RAID HBA (Cougar) and are managed by ZFS.
After replacing the disk, the arcconf command creates the 1MB smaller volume than the original volume size although the physical drive size is the same.
As a result, zpool attach fails due to "device is too small"
