Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users report that when attempting to login to a Sun Ray Server (SRS) Kiosk session or an Oracle Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (OVDI) session from a Sun Ray client, the login fails. Upon reviewing the /var/adm/messages on the VDI/SRS server the message or similar is seen:
"Allocating A Kiosk User Failed: Account Is Currently Reserved"

May 14 13:48:02 server01 dtlogin: [ID 476860 user.error] pam_kiosk: pam_sm_authenticate: Allocating a Kiosk user failed: Account is currently reserved
