Brocade - What do "QOS Is Disabled" messages mean ? (Doc ID 1565376.1)

Symptoms

This is a Brocade 48000 switch with FOS 6.4.2a and they have configured some ports for FCIP (IP over FC).

With no apparent reason, starting on 26 May, we can see every day informational messages like this on the VE ports:

2013/05/26-11:57:33, [PORT-1010], 144813, SLOT 6 | FID 128, INFO, switch01, Port (ID: 200) QOS is disabled
2013/05/26-11:57:33, [PORT-1010], 144814, SLOT 6 | FID 128, INFO, switch01, Port (ID: 192) QOS is disabled
2013/05/26-11:57:33, [PORT-1010], 144815, SLOT 6 | FID 128, INFO, switch01, Port (ID: 200) QOS is disabled
2013/05/26-11:57:34, [PORT-1010], 144816, SLOT 6 | FID 128, INFO, switch01, Port (ID: 192) QOS is disabled
2013/05/26-11:57:39, [PORT-1010], 144818, SLOT 6 | FID 128, INFO, switch01, Port (ID: 136) QOS is disabled
2013/05/26-11:57:39, [PORT-1010], 144819, SLOT 6 | FID 128, INFO, switch01, Port (ID: 128) QOS is disabled
2013/05/26-11:57:39, [PORT-1010], 144821, SLOT 6 | FID 128, INFO, switch01, Port (ID: 136) QOS is disabled
