ACSLS - Problem adding a new library when using acsss_config

ACSLS 8.0.2 - ADD new SL8500 no partitioned in with SL8500 partitioned existing.
Symptoms
The customer today try to configure one new library using acsss_config and got error below:
lib_config.sh 1612: Error: Configuration command in_lib_conf failed.
acsss_config 1595: Error: Problems occurred running the configuration menu.
Now he has with 3 ACS down and need help to startup the ACSLS again.

Added a new library to the ACSLS configuration using the acsss_config command
