This document answers  customer's specific question regarding local zone ip address distribution using link aggregation with vlan. In Solaris 11 environment  customer is using link aggregationin. The global zone is using  two interfaces.  These 2 data links will be plugged into a cisco switch ports. Those ports will provide trunking of the needed vlans .He wants to add  ip address  to each vlan from inside the zone.

ustomer wants to know  if he can use link aggregation and use vlan without assigning an IP to the aggregated link.:So in short his goal is:
Create aggregation in global - no IP just plumb
Create vlans tags over the aggregation- No IP just plumb
Create zones and assign vlan ids to the zone and assign the IP's in the zone.
