SL500 - Unable to Login With CLI Server, Exhausted SSH Sessions On SL500 Library

Customer has exhausted the maximum allowable SSH connections to SL500 library, unable to login with CLI server.
Customer is Unable to login to library via CLI and are encountering the error below:
GDLSYS09 login: service
LOGIN ERROR: Too many CLI clients active.
FATAL: Unable to login with CLI Server
Connection to local host closed.
