Message SLS6613E or SLS6858E regarding failed migrations occurs during a host start-up.
Message SLS6858E is issued during VTCS initialization.
SLS6858E MIGRATION FAILED STORAGE CLASS:cccccccc ACS:xx VTSS:yyyyyy - ALL RTDS FOR REQUESTED MEDIA AND ACS ARE OFFLINE
SLS6613E NNNN REQUESTS ARE STALLED AWAITING OFFLINE RTDS, REPLY R TO RETRY
