HSC Display DRives (D DR) output is incorrect.
The HSC Display DRives ALL DETail (D DR ALL DET) command displays the incorrect model type for a device.
The drive was replaced with a different model device or the device type characteristics where changed (e.g. 3490 vs. 3590 emulation or the encryption capabilities were changed, etc).
