Symptoms
Customer attempts to load the Web GUI and gets the error:
Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/x.x:
xx.x.x 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The WebLogic AdminServer log shows these errors:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Cannot find FacesContext at javax.faces.webapp.UIComponentClassicTagBase.getFacesContext(UIComponentClassicTagBase.java:1835)
at javax.faces.webapp.UIComponentClassicTagBase.setJspId(UIComponentClassicTagBase.java:1652) at jsp_servlet.__slim._jspx___tag0(__slim.java:92)
