The 'tarantella status' Command Fails with Error, "Missing primary file: ../../var/info/primary" in Secure Global Desktop (Doc ID 1579713.1)

Symptoms

The Secure Global Desktop (SGD) Administrator may find that issuing the tarantella status command may result in an error, as shown below:

 -bash-4.1# /opt/tarantella/bin/tarantella status
            "Missing primary file: ../../var/info/primary"

In this scenario, no further information is provided, and the status command exits.

Changes

Adminstrators experiencing this may find that the file permissions on the host's /tmp directory may have been changed from the default, (e.g. 1777).
