When trying to read (stage in) T10kB tapes with either their T10kB or new T10kC drives, they see the following errors in the /var/opt/SUNWsamfs/trace/sam-stagerd trace file:
The customer migrated away from a 4.6.85 SAM-Remote configuration to a 5.3.9 standalone SAM-QFS config.
