Symptoms
Various ABENDs and/or storage overwrites could occur following the deletion of resources like RTDs, CLINKs or VTSSs from the configuration by running the CONFIG utility to perform a dynamic change.

Changes
Ran the VTCS CONFIG utility, with HSC/VTCS active, to remove RTDs, CLINKs, or VTSSs.
