Symptoms
The following will appear when admin try to power up the system controller
Sep 9 22:20:17 2013 <HOST> fomd[5599]: [8519 102381967398255222 NOTICE FailoverMgr.cc 2631] Failover deactivated
Sep 9 22:25:04 2013 <HOST> smsconnectsc[4873]: [6257 102382254699255120 NOTICE OtherSCPowerControl.cc 256] SC at SC1 has been powered on.
Sep 9 22:26:01 2013 <HOST> esmd[7750]: [1919 102382311428250415 ERR DetectorV.cc 607] A low voltage or power supply has been detected on 1.5VDC, located on SC1. The voltage detected is 0.01v; should be 1.25v to 1.75v. SC1 is being deconfigured and powered off. Check all hardware for the cause.
Sep 9 22:26:01 2013 <HOST> esmd[7750]: [1919 102382311527350105 ERR DetectorV.cc 607] A low voltage or power supply has been detected on 3.3VDC, located on SC1. The voltage detected is 0.71v; should be 3.00v to 3.50v. SC1 is being deconfigured and powered off. Check all hardware for the cause.
