Kernel Memory Usage Increases Within the arc_buf_hdr_t Cache With Large L2ARC (Doc ID 1586771.1)

Symptoms

The amount of kernel memory is seen to increase over time.  In this example, we see the kernel growing from consuming 56GB to over 70GB of RAM over a two week period.  At the same time, the amount of memory consumed by the "ZFS File Data" bucket (mostly ZFS ARC data) decreased.
