System running kernel patch 147147-26 and without ZFS patch
may experienced the following panic
unix: [ID 340138 kern.notice] BAD TRAP: type=31 rp=2a1013e17c0 addr=28 mmu_fsr=0 occurred in module "zfs" due to a NULL pointer dereference
