Configuring a tape library using the acsss_config utility in the linux version of acsls 8.3 fails during the build library configuration phase:

This happened during a new installation of ACSLS 8.3 on a linux host. After a successful installation, the acsss_config utility was started to add the first tape library to the configuration.
