Symptoms
Repeated T10000C drive FSC 5164 errors in acsss_event.log during dismount, like this:
The FSC5164 may not be logged on the SLConsole Error Warn Info Event log because the issue is in the data path. The backup application event log may show perm errors during load or label operations.
