When using sec=krb5i for NFS mounting, it gives error : Nfs Mount: Can Not Get "krb5i" From /etc/nfssec.conf (Doc ID 1592923.1)

Customer was using kerberos to mount the NFS filesystem. Kerberos was set up correctly but when he used below command, it gave him error:
# mount -F nfs -o vers=4,sec=krb5i,rw /usr3
nfs mount: can not get "krb5i" from /etc/nfssec.conf
