Symptoms
Customer was using kerberos to mount the NFS filesystem. Kerberos was set up correctly but when he used below command, it gave him error:
# mount -F nfs -o vers=4,sec=krb5i,rw HostName-ad-domain.ad.gov:/vol/OIT_EDGAR_Archive01 /usr3
nfs mount: can not get "krb5i" from /etc/nfssec.conf
