Symptoms
Trying to Drain an onsite (library resident) MVC that has a status flag of Data Check (D). The MVCDRAIN job is selecting the off site MVC to recall the VTVs for the DRAIN.
Customer want a way to Drain the MVC with out selecting the off site MVCs. Have off site MVCs, but do not want them selected to recall VTVs to DRAIN the MVC with errors.
