SAM-QFS re-archiving files on broken or missing tape. (Doc ID 1594095.1)

Symptoms

Tape got stuck in drive and was broken, FE or customer removed it from the library.

Now we need to identify what files were on that tape and what copy number it was in SAM-FS so we can recreate that copy number for all those files onto different media.

 1. Need a list of files that are associated with the broken/missing tape, our example below is assuming the broken tape had a barcode of 000009.
 2. Identify which copy number tape 000009 was used for, if your archiver.cmd file is set up properly the tape should only contain 1 copy of any given file.
 3. We need a list of the other tapes we may need to stage from, if needed, and we need to verify they are in the library and are in good standing.
  
 4. Now we can stage the files back if they are offline and set the re-archive bit on them.
